Terms of Service

TypeGPT is an independent API gateway that forwards requests to Anthropic's Claude API on your behalf and bills you in monthly plan tokens. We are not Anthropic. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. By using TypeGPT, you also agree to Anthropic's Usage Policy, which governs what your prompts and outputs may contain.

Sign-in happens via Telegram. Your Telegram user ID is your account identifier. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure; anyone who controls it can sign in here. You may delete your account at any time by messaging the bot or contacting support.

Paid plans deliver a monthly plan-token allowance which is granted at activation and expires 30 days after grant. Unused tokens do not roll past expiry. Calls that fail upstream (any non-2xx response from Anthropic, or a stream that does not complete) cost zero tokens — refunds are automatic.

Crypto payments are non-reversible once on-chain. We honor refund requests within 24 hours of purchase if you have used less than 10% of the cycle's tokens. After that the purchase is final.

You may not use TypeGPT to:

• Generate content that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy (CSAM, weapons of mass destruction, etc.)
• Resell our service as your own without a written agreement
• Probe, attack, or interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Use a single account to share access with more than five concurrent end-users on a non-team plan
• Generate content intended to defame, harass, or impersonate a real person

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. The service depends on Anthropic's upstream availability. We are not liable for outages, capacity errors, or model deprecations originating at the upstream provider. Status updates are published at our status page.

TypeGPT is provided "as is". Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. You are responsible for the outputs you receive from the API and how you use them; we do not pre-screen prompts or responses.

We may change these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Telegram bot at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
